As the Marketing Manager – Demand Generation, you will be responsible for our paid ads, website content and email channels to drive qualified sales leads.

You will be joining an all-star cast of sales and marketing leaders — joining a team of digitally fluent, content-creating machines working to take the company to the next level.

You will work closely with the Marketing Director along with global sales team to meet the goals defined by our Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the processes for marketing to sales lead and handoff.

  • Optimize lead flow from our website to CRM system.

  • Oversee our database marketing activities with data research, entry and analysis.

  • Conduct A/B tests for paid ads.

  • Write content and work with the design team to create email, website and ads.

  • Support our event strategy by delivering pre and post trade show promotion.

  • Conduct market research to better understand our customers, prospects & competitors.

  • Provide strategic input to demand generation and lead management.

  • Create and maintain reporting on all projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • You are a self-starter with a desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • You are extremely organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • You have a competitive nature with a goal oriented personality and can balance this with a collaborative and team focused approach to your work.

  • You have excellent attention to detail and great time management skills.

  • You are interested in technology, communications, marketing, advertising and enterprise sales.

  • You have at least 3+ years experience in a similar marketing role with demonstrated results.
